This is such a beautiful place to go. I love the entire setting with the gorgeous view of the bridge and the boats. This area is good for fishing as well. The restaurant looks very popular, although I haven’t eaten there.

This is one of my favorite places to visit in southern Delaware. Great views from the bridge and then there is the bridge itself to enjoy. I recommend walking the bridge. It takes about 10-15 minutes each way unless you stop to enjoy the view.

Always clean. Lifeguards on duty till evening. Bathroom and showers available all day. Parking all day, you pay but it varies if you’re out of state, i think I paid 10$ for out of state. Great way to spend a day!

Great beach. And facilities. Showers and a snack bar as well as beach restaurant. 5 bucks in state for the day 10 bucks out of state. Also have rental chairs and umbrellas. However. The old man at the parking shack is miserable and rude.

What a nice place to take the family. The beach is a short distance away. You can drive your car the the other side of highway to park.
Dog friendly beach is about 100 yards south of the restaurant . There is a RED SIGN up next to the dunes showing where it begins. Our dogs first time to the water was there and loved it.
There is no shade or grass at the campground , that’s is a down side.
When we were there a couple days before Labor day the park was 95 % full. But was SO QUIET the whole time. And after dark there was no noise at all. But for a soft background of the highway.
A lot of people were there for the fishing both in the beach and the inset.
Nice walkway along the intel to use for fishing and walking both.
The bay was just to the west with beautiful sunsets.
There is a small store that was only open 8-5.
