They call it a tot lot(1-3), but it is not, a lot of the stuff is geared for 4+. Play equipment is ok for some tots, but better suited for young children 4-5+. The climbing wall is fun for 1.5+, the slides are a little advanced for tots, need close supervision. They have a fun bouncy car to drive. And a few swings on the other side of the park. Well used by all the kids. Nice to see Berkley upgrading the park this year, but they missed the skill set for Toddlers if the way to keep the park name Tot Lot.
This park is nice but small. In the middle of a neighborhood with quite streets on both sides. Enough room to kick around a ball . It’s a tot lot. Good for the toddlers . Barely any shade
Great little toddler park! My daughter loved this musical toy up in the playscape. There are a bunch of little push and ride on toys for the kids. My daughter loves this because she’s still kind of small for the swings and the slides.
It looks like they have replaced some of the playground equipment and added new things since some of the photos were taken. Great for toddlers and younger children. My 6 year old and 20 month old had a great time. They added a portable bathroom with hand sanitizer. Nestled in a quiet residential area and mostly fenced in. Also some picnic tables and adult bench swings to enjoy.
Great little neighborhood park, we try to stop when we’re in the area. We love that there are push toys for kids to borrow here 🙂 The swings are a little far from everything else, but there’s a good variety of equipment so that I can usually get both kids interested in something near the main playground area. My little kids always have lots of fun here!
