If you’re looking for a spacious, dog-friendly park in Bentonville, Arkansas, Bark Park should be at the top of your list. With large, well-maintained fenced areas for both small and large dogs, this pet-friendly park is perfect for dog owners who want their pets to socialize and play safely. Located conveniently near 71B and Bella Vista, Bark Park offers accessible paved trails, plenty of seating, and ample parking. The park is praised for being clean, welcoming, and having readily available amenities such as poop bags and benches.
Bark Park goes beyond just a classic dog run; it also boasts picnic areas, kid-friendly hiking, and restroom facilities. Dog owners appreciate the park’s two-gate safety system, which helps prevent escapes, and the friendly local community makes every visit enjoyable. Whether you’re taking your dog for some exercise or enjoying a stroll on pet-friendly trails, Bark Park is one of Bentonville’s best spots for dog lovers.
There are several dog owners that have aggressive dogs and still bring them to this park. Be very careful. There is a pitbull mix named Gambit that has bitten several dogs as well as a few people while at the dog park. The police have been called on him several times but usually do not respond (not surprising but an issue for another post).
Great park for people and pets…and cyclists. Super clean and well maintained. Paved trails. Friendliest people we encountered in Bentonville, hands down.
Can’t say enough good about this park. Large area for small dogs and large dogs. Benches to sit lots of places for the dogs to sniff. Poop bags available. We’ve always met friendly people there.
We love taking our dog to this park. It is conveniently located just off 71B close to Bella Vista. Our dog enjoys playing with the other dogs, and we enjoy meeting and talking with other dog owners. Our dog is very small. So, we appreciate the park having separate large and small dog areas. The park is generally clean of poop except for an occasional spot here and there. The gates are set up with a two gate system with a safe area so that dogs can not inadvertently escape. Parking is ample with plenty of spaces available.
The Bark Park is very clean and spacious. We felt safe there and my doggies enjoyed the other doggy visitors.
