St. Joseph dog park

St. Joseph dog park offers a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking, along with amenities such as picnic tables, public restrooms, and playground facilities for kids. The park is well-liked for its cleanliness, shade, and pleasant atmosphere, although parking is limited and paid. The dog area is popular with visitors, though it can get muddy during wet conditions and the water fountain may not always be working. Dogs are allowed and the park is generally peaceful with good compliance to rules.

I love this park. Always clean. Always a good experience. I haven’t seen anyone not follow the rules yet.
Beautiful park. Plenty of shade.
Very pleasant. The dogs loved it too.
Very nice dog park, usually a few people and dogs there on any nice day. Limited parking near the dog park. There’s maybe 8 parking spaces, 3 of them are handicapped and at least one more 5 minute parking only. You MUST pay for parking, they do give tickets.
General (chunky butt) had a blast, he did get muddy but we went after the storms, it didn’t matter, the water fountain wasn’t working so bring your own water!
So frustrating, low ground poorly drained. Often, it’s closer to Kiwanis mud park. December 30, 40 degrees? Take the dogs out? Sure, just not to Kiwanis. Same with the entire wet, sloppy springtime. I don’t believe it has to be this way.
