Great Hot Dog! they got the snap and flavor! my first time there, definitely going again, to try the burgers and more hot dogs with toppings! Nice little shop, I’m a big customer service person, they were just ok, I really appreciate staff who act like they like to share the establishments experience, vs going thru the motions.

Worth a visit for the heritage and experience even if the food is nothing special. Classic lunch counter fare, but pricier than it feels like it deserves, and everything is so, so salty. Regarding the famous cheese fries, the fries themselves are good but the cheese sauce is just Kraft Cheez Whiz.

Place is good, it’s a landmark place to visit for people from out of state I’m sure but the restrooms need some attention. Not saying it was bad but it definitely can use an upgrade with all the business this place pumps out. Service was good & friendly.
