Dog Park in Bedminster, New Jersey

Located conveniently at 1989 Burnt Mills Rd, the Dog Park in Bedminster, New Jersey, offers a medium-sized, fully fenced area where your furry companions can run and socialize off-leash. This park is especially appreciated for its quiet atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for dogs that prefer less crowded spaces. Pet owners will be pleased with the easy onsite parking, and the proximity of a children’s playground adds to the family-friendly vibe.

While the park provides basic amenities such as benches and waste bags, be prepared to bring your own water as none is provided here. Dog park is small, sandy, and poorly maintained. There is an old playground/set next to the dog park, but do not go out of your way to visit.

I am a dog walker and pet sitter with CAMP BECCA and Sometimes my clients asked me if I can bring their dog to the dog park and this one is usually quiet which is nice sometimes

The dog park at Burnt Mills Park is great to bring your furry friend to stretch its legs. It’s large and enclosed with a fence. Bring lots of water. Be sure to walk the perimeter so you are aware of any escape tunnels that have been dug. Have fun.

I’ve come not to expect much from dog parks and I give credit to the town for having one at all. That being said, this park does not drain well after a rain fall and holds huge puddles of water making it unusable for a good day after it’s been raining – think mud pit. It’s a medium sized enclosed patchy lawn, no shade, a bench and waste bags provided if you forgot to bring your own. I’m glad it’s there so I can safely let my dogs off leash to run on a sunny day.

Fun dog park not too busy, enough room to chase a ball but not feel too far away from your friend or if a disagreement happens easy to separate. Parking lot is close too so makes it easy to get snacks or toys as often not crowded. A bit muddy after rain or melted snow but to be expected, doesn’t puddle badly.
