Bibbins Park is the start of my daily morning walks. The park offers many things for visitors. There are 4 shelters, one doubling as a fishing pier. Areas are available for basketball, tennis, croquet, horseshoes, volleyball, a skate park, and a number of playground equipment sets. Some are handicap accessible. There is a pool, which offers handicap access as well and a toddler wading pool. Lots of trees and shade. A recent addition was a band shell building for outdoor music events.
Also new this summer is a water hydrant near the sand volleyball court. To activate, press down and hold the upper red spigot. Useful to wash the sand off when you finish a game.

Went there to find a geocache. Perhaps on another visit, earlier in the day, I will stay longer.

This is a good place to take a walk, shoot some hoops, fish, have an outdoor get together, or play on the playground.
