Lots of space for my dogs to run around off leash and a place to swim in the pond. My dogs would give it 2 thumbs up if they had thumbs.
The other dog owners were courteous and the area is nice. A little muddy but thats to be expected. (Side note: Probably not the best place to bring kids small enough to get knocked over easily by running dogs.)

Overall it’s a good park. It’s not fenced in. Your dog can swim in the water, and there is space to be able to throw a ball or frisbee for your dog.
