My young son didn’t want to play at this park and gave it 2 stars. He said the play structure looked like it was for babies. No restrooms, but it looks like a covered shelter is being put in so that’s a plus. Lots of leaves and decent space for kids and dogs to run around in. It’s also set in a seemingly safe, older neighborhood.

Cute park for kids and a nice place to kill 2 birds with one stone; there’s a large open grass area where I can run my dog while my son plays with neighborhood kids. It also has park benches and a couple of picnic areas, as well as climb-able trees for kids. It’s a smaller park, but still worth an afternoon.

If you like huge woodsy parks, this place is pretty awesome. It has tons of nooks and crannies that all have things to do in them. There are many playgrounds and large covered picnic type places for parties, as well as large fields. They have horseshoe pits, bbq pits, hiking trails, a river to wade in, baseball diamond, tennis courts, a boat lunch, picnic tables, benches, and restrooms everywhere. Plenty of parking and shady areas with a nice breeze for those that don’t tolerate heat well. It’s a perfect spot for birthday parties or family reunions. The weekends can be pretty busy, but with all of the parking lots, I’m pretty sure you’d find a place regardless. Bring NULL cash for parking and you’re set!
