Was out for the Soul Food Festival and I had a nice time. Great food with relaxing vibes! It was hot but I enjoyed myself.
I love this park! Has exercise equipment, pavilions, restrooms, the botanic gardens are gorgeous. Across the street are tennis courts. There’s even a small theater and it’s right by the main library with paths all over. The library has a garden cafe as well. The pavilions are available for reservation. The large pavilion has four picnic tables and two smaller pavilions have two picnic tables.
A lovely spot to walk through gardens, enjoy the shade of the trees, or stop in the library. There’s a splash pad type fountain and soccer fields too. The flower gardens and sensory gardens are wonderful. Take a stroll through and smell the roses!
