Barnegat Light Dog Park

Barnegat Light Dog Park is a fenced dog park that requires a key card for entry, which can be obtained through a pass purchase. It offers a safe and friendly environment for dogs to run off leash and play with others. The park includes a drinking fountain for dogs, toys such as balls for play, and is wheelchair accessible. While some amenities like water pressure in the fountain could be improved, it is a popular spot for local dog owners who appreciate the responsible community feel enforced by the entry system.

My dog’s enjoy the other dog’s and people that they meet here. Since installing a key card system to enter the park this year, you pretty much know everyone in the park. People are more responsible. The cost is NULL for the year or NULL for a weekly pass.
Very disappointed – they’ve monetized the dog park. You need to purchase a pass ahead of time and obtain a fab to get in. Such a shame. It’s not even a well kept dog park. Hundreds of much nicer dog parks in NJ that are totally free. Very shameful…
Awesome place to let the little ones run n play with others off leash. Box of ballies to throw, catch n retrieve. Water also provided for doggos.
Apparently, you need a key card to get in. Very nice park though, toys available for the dogs and plenty of space to run.
Fenced in dog park, left rear fence is kind of low (3-4′). Its nice, access requires tag from townhall. Tag requires proof of rabies vaccination. Drinking fountain for dog water, but pressure is very low. Nice other folks and dogs.
