Would say the trail was “mild”… between easy and moderate.
We visit this place at least once a year. Peaceful. Worth checking out. Pictures are from January 2023
Awesome hike that’s close to Hillsboro. The dog and I enjoyed it and will return.
This is part of the Arc of Appalachia nature preserves. I didn’t have a chance to hike the trail but the parking area is fairly large and the trail actually begins by going under Route 50 through a tunnel.
Always in great shape. A great hike any time of year. The beavers have been very active lately.
