The disc golf course is fun and challenging, just watch out for the creek if you throw here! The park altogether is fine in dry weather, but the ball fields stay messy for a long time after any rain.
The grass has a lot of stickers. We were walking our dogs,so we went into the area off the grass and found a nice path/creek bed to walk in. The park is used for Frisbee golf, people were showing up for a game as we left. Very pretty park.
Went on a sunny, mild temp day to attempt the disc golf course. The city has done a great job building and maintaining the area. The people i did see, minded their business, and used the trashcans placed about. Well done, Azle.
Huge open field in the middle with a very nice disc course around the edge. Easy to walk with multiple pads and pin placements for almost every hole that create challenging but fair shots for players. There is a very nice covered playground at one end which is a great for the kids. At sunset we’ve seen as many as 30 deer in the field.
Great place to test launch our model rockets. Plenty of room to share with others flying RC airplanes. I saw some people playing frisbee golf along the treeline. I also noticed a baseball field, soccer field and basketball court.
