I recently went to her for Aromatherapy Coaching for a sore back and the essential oil mixtures and protocol that she recommended helped enhance the treatments I already receive. I recently was at a seminar with my 6 month old Bloodhounds puppy. We stayed in a hotel room. The first night he had a hard time settling down and started to Bay in the hotel room. I texted Frankie and asked her if any of the oils I had with me would help him. She had me put Balance on the tips of his ears and down his spine. Within 20 minutes he was snoring, relaxed and comfortable. He slept all night and woke up ready to go. Each night he came in wound up and each night we followed the same routine. Within 20 minutes he was relaxed and calm. Made our trip a lot less stressful for both of us!! Thank you

I have been taking my 3 dogs here on a regular 8 week schedule since they opened over 15 years ago at least. Frankie is always very accommodating and always points out any concerns or recommendations for happy and healthier dogs. She treats my dogs like they were her own. They love coming to their spa day and are perfectly groomed and happy when I pick them up. I have and would highly recommend her for anyone who loves their dogs as I do.
I took my yorkie for the first time today to k9 ranch for grooming and I was very disappointed.
Her hair was somewhat long when I brought her in and she was completely shaved when I picked her up…. she doesn’t even look like a yorkie anymore…. very very disappointing and I won’t be bringing my yorkie to k9 anymore….
