Not sure if this place always has water because I came after a big ran. It was beautiful and not over crowded. Came on a Sunday around 11. Plenty of parking. Portable bathrooms.
Not sure if this place is supposed to be off leash, but most people did have their dogs off leash and those that did not were not rude to the rest of us.

Our pups had a blast splashing around in the creek, making doggie friends, and running around off leash

Great off leash dog park, when the creek is high the dogs can jump around in the water. Lots of trails off of the park area, there is a very basic restroom. Lots of easy parking, and picnic areas nearby as well. Plenty of trash receptacles. Really a great park. On a nice day it gets busy, and there’s even a playground for kids.

This place is wonderful. The owners and the dogs are very friendly the off leash freedom is phenomenal. Can take your dogs down into the creek, which is very clean and clear we played for a couple of hours there with the pups. They got experience in the water and to experience other pups and make new friendships phenomenal.
