One of the more beautiful parks in northeast Ohio. Water doesn’t smell and the locals are friendly. The side walks are full of bird poop this time of year so watch out!
Great place for walking! Stroller friendly!
Easy loop trail with a lake in the middle. Disc golf course, dog park, and playground among some of the amenities. Saw two different Blue Heron while there. Very informative with markers on 50-100 trees giving the species for easy identification learning.
Beautiful park in Aurora, two different sides of the lake for parking. There is a distance to put the kayak in, but a couple of easy spots to get in and out. Watch the goose poop.
The walking trail is paved, not very busy, which was nice. A couple of pavilions to have a party. Bathrooms on one side and port a potty on the other.
Playgrounds, disc gold, dog parks, and the nature center are all accessible from either side.
This beautiful park has a wide, easily accessible trail around the lake with a couple of playground and picnic areas along the way. There are many trees along the way, many labeled in case you wonder what they are. It’s not uncommon to see kayaks and canoes paddling along the serene water.
