We stayed from June-October 2025 in our 48’ toyhauler. We had plenty of space to open up our deck and park 2 trucks. Each spot is gravel. It’s at the end of a dead end street. Nice quiet space. Neighbors are friendly. Campers keep all of their stuff neat even the long term stay contract workers. You can’t beat it. For NULL it includes power, water, sewer, garbage, wifi and each lot has its own mailbox. We will definitely stay again when we are in town if he has any open spots. Thanks Wade for a great stay!
