Such an interesting juxtaposition. I’ll just leave it at that, but I’m happy that this park is being maintained better than some that are adjacent to NYCHA bldgs. It’s obvious that it’s due to the ferry service and commuters that have to pass the area to get to the ferry.

I hope that it continues to be maintained as we enjoyed visiting this plsyground and park.
