While a small park, it’s a nice open area.. But the people here are so kind. Reminds me of when I was a kid. Lots to do during holidays, Easter egg hunt was a blast!
A very well maintained park. It has playground equipment, a walking path, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, a shelter house, actual restrooms and much more.
Ashville Viking Festival, definitely worth the trip! Lots of friendly and unique vendors, historic encampments were you can explore and learn or just watch and have fun.
Sunday April 27 was the Viking Festival and we had a blast. There was a lot more stuff to do than last year for sure. Can’t wait until next year, don’t miss out.
A very nice park. Technically I’m rating the viking festival that is held here every year, but the park itself is well laid out and we’ll maintained. The festival is a hoot. Like a little and very specific Renaissance Fair, but with an even better sense of humor. ALSO it (viking fest) is a food drive. In lieu of entrance fee you bring Canned goods or other stable pantry items. So big fun and good works! In a very nice park.
