I’m from out of town and had a couple of hours to kill so I decided to check out the city park. It looks very nice. The layout is free-form and natural but very well maintained. The weather was beautiful on the day of my visit and the park was loaded with kids and their parents.

Needs a little more work with more parental control on some of the older kids that go by themselves , not much parking space close to the park but more by the tennis court,family friendly of the most part,swings,slide’s with monkey bars, doggie park, frisbee golf,jogging or walking tracka sandbox for the little one’s,swings,park benches,a gazebo,tennis court& a big pavilion that has electric hookups and plenty of picnic tables that people can rent out for special occasions.Also by the highschool there is a public swimming pool & last but not least Ashland also has a YMCA gymnastics building.

Beautiful little park. Little pond, playground, dog park, paved walking/jogging path. Close to pool, close to school and football baseball field. Really nice area. Picnic area with pavilion, tables, even a grill for charcoal.

Really nice paved walking path around perimeter; very level and very much wheelchair/scooter accessible. Everything is well maintained and the restrooms are well maintained. There is a nice gazebo with electricity and 3 or 4 picnic shelters with grills. Overall a nice little small town park.
