Ashland/Boyd CO Dog Park

A well maintained grass field for the pups to run. Has two separate areas for big dogs and smaller ones. I heard there’s not much traffic in this park. Be aware that the sign at the gate says the dog park closes at sun down, which is logical given that I don’t see any lightings around (maybe there are?), but it is earlier than the closing time on other signs (9pm?).

Well maintained area with high fence. Several places to sit. Have to bring your own water for animals but not an issue.

My two Siberian Huskies had the most wonderful day just being able to run free and they actually played until totally exhausted.. It was a wonderful experience.

This dog park is huge! They have two sections. One for dogs under 30lb and another bigger section for dogs over 30lb. The dogs can go without leashes but owners are expected to have them on hand. There is a tree for shade and benches to sit on. My dog loved It!
