We had so much fun. All the dogs were having a good time and all the owners were so great. We will be coming here a lot!
We took a picture of the sign because we weren’t sure on hours and hope this is helpful for everyone!
Dogs allowed during specific times on the beach. Check before you come. Nice little fishing pond in the back side of the beach. Clean restrooms.
It was good. First time there. (Thanksgiving 2021). One of my pups ran off twice so had to leash her. The other shadows me. But great to have the option to go do this. Clean beach. Friendly folks with well-behaved dogs. If fenced properly, it could be a year-round option.
In summer months – dogs are allowed between 6 am and 8:30 am and this is when we visited. What a great place much better than Sandy Hook that we frequent. There were many dogs and our dog had a blast with his friends
I have heard in summer months in the evening its open for dogs between 6pm to 8:30pm as well
Had such an amazing experience brining my dog to the beach for the very first time. I just wish that you were able to bring your dog on the beach before 6 pm, yet there is a silver lining in that rule because I didn’t have to worry about my dog overheating. There were plenty of friendly dogs and space for them all to play as well as space for people to sit and relax. The beach is right next to restrooms and showers with a detachable shower head which was a nice touch when it came time to clean up and head back to the car. overall an amazing experience!
