Easy, relatively flat, dog friendly, walking trail that makes a little over a mile loop if you go from the parking lot to the Magothy river overlook picnic area and back.

As with most parks in AA County, they don’t really cut down standing dead trees (widow makers…) that are right beside the trails here. So use caution hiking this trail on windy days or after heavy snow or ice accumulations.

Beautiful rustic passive water access psrk with awesome hiking trails. Problem is that people have been using parts for drinking parties after hours and have thrown bottles, cans, and boxes on the ground. Some had been there for quite awhile. We picked most of what we saw up. The trash can was like 20ft away

The new construction is very nice and there is a small beach and ramp for boats.

Gated county park. Great place to launch kayaks or bird watch. Have to file out online form to receive combination or you can just walk in.

Clinton Woods
