It’s a nice park depending on what crowd is there.
A very friendly and clean dog park. It is fenced in with structures for low intensity agility exercises for the doggos and enough benches for their human company. During the summer months, there are two taps with water bowls for pups and the poop bags are always stocked up (with trash can just outside the fence).
Those who visit are cordial and there mainly to tire out their pups. Aggressive dogs are a rare occurrence and owners have been good about taking their pup out if they feel like they are not fitting in. If you are too precious with your pup i.e. don’t want them to get dirty, don’t want other dogs mouthing them during play, then skip it. Otherwise, give this a try with your pupper and see for yourself turn into a regular!
Very spacious for dogs to run around with seating for the humans. I like the different structures and tunnels for the dogs as well as a separated section for smaller dogs. There’s a rule that no toys are allowed fyi. My only gripe is the rocks and pebbles that cover the entire surface of the park. Would much prefer turf. It’s right next to the athletic field and trails to walk around as well which is nice if the park is empty and you still want to walk around with your pup.
Cute little dog park with plenty of obstacles and space for the dogs to use. There is a beautiful and massive oak in the center of the park that I always marvel at when I visit. Poop bags and trash cans available at the entrance of the park.
Nice dog park right on the rail trail. Short walk in after parking in the lot, the park is covered in peastone with concrete pathway. Separate section for little dogs. Water, bags, and trash available. Lights allow the park to be open for fixed hours, regardless of sunset.
