Wellington Park is a charming small neighborhood park ideal for families with young children and dogs. It features a picnic area with tables, a playground with slides and swings, a unique spider-web climber, a sandy shaded sand pit, and a large open grassy area perfect for play and gatherings. The park offers a peaceful environment with plenty of shade, benches, and a balance of play structures and open fields. Shady, lots of benches. A play scape, sand box and big open area.
Good quality small neighborhood park. Nice balance of play structure, multipurpose field, and trees so that everybody can find some enjoyment. Clean, well used, and well taken care of.
Great neighborhood park nestled between Miller and Dexter road. Perfect for tykes looking to climb, swing, or run! Big greenspace to play catch and very little street traffic. Picnic tables for parents to hang out too!
One of the many small neighborhood parks in a city of parks, Wellington offers a modest play structure and a unique ‘spider-web-climber’, a cosy sand pit and shade trees, picnic tables, a playing field, and various self-organized concerts, picnics, and other gatherings.
Cute small neighborhood playground from babies to kids 5-6 years old. Regular sand box with shade for sunny days. No restrooms or portable potty and no water fountain. Lot of open space with nice grass. Half cement path as a sidewalk. It would be awesome if community around ask city for completing the sidewalk around the park. That would be ideal for kids with bikes.
