Ward Park

Ward Park is a small, quiet neighborhood park in Ann Arbor that is great for kids and dog owners alike. It features picnic tables and a playground with swings, making it ideal for families in nearby apartments. The park is wheelchair accessible and offers a peaceful environment for nature walks, though visitors should be mindful of poison ivy. While the park is not very crowded and has a tranquil atmosphere, it could benefit from some updates like fresh mulch on the play areas.

Off the beaten path. Has a picnic table for lunch or dinner.
Small little neighborhood park with a playground. Great for the kids in the apartments nearby.
Nice little park to take the kids for the play structure and swings. Could use some new mulch this year but other than that it’s a quiet place with very little use so it’s never overcrowded.
Cute and quiet park. The kids and I go there all the time when they get home from school. It’s never crowded. The only thing I would recommend is putting new mulch down. Other than that, it’s a great park.
A very decent park!!! A little small…so my kids weren’t super excited to get out of the car….but once they did they enjoyed!!! We also took a short nature walk!!! We did see lots of poison ivy on the walk….so it was a good time to point it out to our kids
