Good picnic area great fishing spot

This nice turnout next to Pymatuning State Park has plenty of parking. There’s a covered picnic area for a large group, with a port a potty and trash bin. A small trail area was mowed so that you can walk near the lake. There’s another small picnic area with a single table along the trail that is a nice fishing spot. The drop off down to the lake prevents easy fishing access. It would be great to see a bit of the area behind the pavilion also cleared so that those of us who are more mobility challenged could have easier access to bank fishing.

Lot of debris in the parking lot, portable toilet has a hole in the door where someone could look in😑

Terrific shaded area with a few good fishing spots. Back left is a short path to a water’s edge picnic table and a semi-private spot to fish or let the dog play in the water. Area offers charcoal grills and covered pavilion.
