Very nice just wish they would add or extend the trails.
I enjoy this trail a lot. For the most part people clean up after their dogs
The playground is always a hit with my kids. I wish there was a bit more mulch around the equipment, the mulch now is gross and we find cigarette butts and various other items in it. The safety town area is cute but there isn’t anything the kids can really do with it, unless they bring a bike or roller blades. We have brought our ride on vehicles (kids jeep and John Deere gator) into the area. This was a lot of fun and nobody told us we couldn’t have it, so I assume it was ok. I didn’t let the kids use the vehicles outside of the safety town area. They are loud vehicles and I know people enjoy the silence of the trails.
We have had family photos taken here along their bridge overlooking a small creek. The creek is also nice to simply skip rocks on. When the water is low we walk down along the water to skip rocks.
All in all, I truly enjoy this park. It’s a quick bike ride from my home, and my children are easily entertained here.
This was a great trail to take my dogs for a walk on. It was paved with at least 3 dog waste stations. It was interesting that parts of it were right behind a development, but I could still hear the hum of bugs and there were plenty of great natural views. We even saw a deer! The creek at the end is beautiful with multiple benches to sit on.
Just an item to note – it’s a straight trail vs a loop. You take the trail to the end, then turn around and take it back. We would definitely go again.
Nice place to walk. Also has soccer fields, frequently with organized games going on, and often something happening in the cabin, which you can rent out. Generally, those walking are very friendly and those walking dogs typically know each other.
Nice walk in the woods on a paved trail. Big elevation change. Lots of new benches in scenic spots.
