Well maintained and plenty of area for private party. A lot of wildlife as well and a pond for fishing. Would recommend for small party and outdoor gatherings. The park also offers free tennis courts and pickleball games. There are also playgrounds available for parents with children.
This is a fantastic and very well-maintained park. There’s a great variety of amenities, including plenty of open fields, dedicated walking paths, and separate bike paths.
My favorite part was walking the loop around the lake. Even though the road is shared with the occasional car, the traffic is minimal and slow-moving. The lane is wide, making it a very pleasant and safe experience. It’s a beautiful, serene spot.
It’s clear that the park is cared for. I felt completely safe the entire time and will definitely be returning for more walks. Highly recommend for a relaxing outing!
Best park in Pittsburgh area due to large lake, many shelters, nice restaurant/bar, excellent paths for walking/running. Love it!
Great local park. Lots of trails, boating, fishing, green space for activities, sports fields, restaurant, walking and biking paths. LL Bean has SUP and Kayak programs there. Boat rentals, ir bring your own. No swimming though im the lake area.
North Park is a great place to visit! The surrounding area is full of so much wildlife! Really enjoyed kayaking the lake!
