I drive 30 minutes to go here, awesome people, clean dog park, the people work as a community to keep the facility clean for everyone. Great place to relax, bring your dog, play fetch, socialize your dog.
There are two areas that can be used for bigger dogs and smaller dogs.
Best dog park in my area near FT Belvoir.

It’s large and can handle many dogs. Everything is dirty like most dog parks, but the size really sets it apart from other parks. There’s no turf, a water fountain that didn’t work while I was there, and a few old toys floating around. There are two sections. They aren’t fenced off from one another, but they are large enough that you can take your dog to one or the other and get away from others if you want. No dog fights, plenty of parking, and a lot of people. It was a nice day but I get the impression this is a popular park.

This has to be one of the best dog parks I have been to. Very spacious, has water source, clean with some agility training obstacles and other training tools. owners are friendly and engaging, good number of dogs of all sizes, well behaved and seem to get along well. Sad I don’t live near by, but definitely will return.

I’ve been bringing our shepsky here regularly since October 2024, and he LOVES it. He wants nothing to do with me until it’s time to leave – he wants to run, play, and socialize with his buddies. It’s a very consistent group of people there daily, so our dog has become good buddies with a lot of the regular dogs. It’s so fun to watch them all play together – and since we’ve been coming so often the “regular” dogs there recognize my car and will come over to the fence to wait and greet us! It really is a wonderful little community.
