Duke Street Dog Park

Duke Street Dog Park is a spacious and well-loved dog park with a large grassy and mulched area perfect for playing fetch. It features picnic tables, benches for seating, and plenty of shade. Dog owners appreciate the availability of water bowls, though they need to bring their own water, as no faucet is available. The park attracts friendly dogs and is typically not crowded, offering a pleasant and open environment. Parking is available nearby, with the Beatley library parking lot and Dunkin’ down the street being convenient options. It’s a great spot for dogs to run off-leash and enjoy the outdoors safely.

Excellent park I usually take my foster dog there and it’s big park there’s benches ppl can sit and water bowls for dogs lots of tennis balls . I love it
Wide open space with lots of grass and shade. Best dog park around! Parking at the Beatley library parking lot is easiest. There are dog bowls available but please bring extra water. There are also usually extra balls or toys.
Decided to check this dog park out. Great park grass and mulch, so no mud. My dog loves to play ball so space is big enough for as far as I can throw.
We had a few spectators. There were 6 deer watching us. One looked like she was going to join us, and then all of a sudden, they hopped away.
I take my dog to this park multiple times a week and he enjoys it. There’s never too many dogs, it’s actually often empty. Only wish there were designated parking spaces but we park by the Dunkin down the street and make the quick walk. Dogs are friendly but there’s usually at least one annoying owner here… pretty typical.
On a very hot Friday morning we found only one other dog and his man there. Lots of water bowls, but you have to bring your own as there is no faucet. Located near Holmes Run.
