Nice place for a gathering
This is as close to home as I can review… I used to live in the small house across the road from this park…. Back then everything was great, now look at my life… I can’t stop obsessing over my old house, the old life I lived, the old things I had, the old music o listened to, you get the picture… Unfortunately, time pushes me forward, and I fear I let go more and more every day. One day, I may even forget what I had… Then what will be left of me? A hollow husk that on e housed childhood joy and bliss? Isn’t that all of us some day? I’ll just be forgotten too…
Life goes on… I don’t wanna move forward, but I have to… If anyone reads this, just know, you may even know me… But, by a different name. I went to the school in this town, came back for highschool, and lived here for over half my life…. Which is also dwindling… The longer I go without returning home, the less of my life I’ve spent there…. Akron is where I truly belong… If one can say I even belong in the first place…. Who am I? Do I even matter?
Beautiful park, huge, and well kept. However the volleyball court has no net and the tennis court has no nets and the fence is gone can’t play by yourself even. The equipment is from at least when I was in grade school except for one playset. Great place for parties. The gazebo is very nice and there are quite a few picnic tables. There is a well and a pump with very nice water. It needs to be updated and need some exercise equipment and tennis balls and rackets etc
Beautiful park, lots of play and picnic area, very safe and peaceful spot. Very recommended
The kids seem to have a good time playing ball and messing around by the drainage ditch. There’s limited play equipment for the Littles. The outhouse was surprisingly clean.
