I have lived here at the Colony for 5 years. I just recently lease. The renewal process was quick, easy& painless—-2 phone calls & 10 minutes online to sign documents & I’m good to go for another year. I’ve rented several times & this was by far the easiest.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Colony so far. Makenzie was wonderful to work with during the leasing process! The property is well cared for with plenty of green space for my dogs and I love my apartment. I’m so pleased I chose to lease here.

I just moved back here in March after I had gone back to NJ for two years. I am happy that they had an apartment available for me. I love living here. Great community. Local shopping areas within 2 miles or less for grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, Doctors, Dentists, Veterinarians, Horse Stables, nice racetrack and beautiful parks.
I moved here from Maine and it feels like home with all the trees!
