Nicole was very communicative before we got there, and she was very friendly and easy-going when we arrived, but I left my aero press coffee maker, along with a tin of coffee and a big bag of unopened snacks and brand new boxes of tea, and I told her where I thought it was and asked her if she had found it, and she went from being extremely communicative to total radio silence. So then I followed up with an email and she never responded to that either—and mind you, I wasn’t asking her to mail it to me—I was just asking if she had found it. I then called and left a voicemail and nothing. I reached out to her three different times through three different mediums and nothing. It was a good experience before we got there and while we were there, but the lack of response that could’ve been handled by a simple yes or no, shows me that her hospitality may be more geared towards making money rather than actually engaging in true hospitality.

Seeing her go from so warm to so cold, put a really bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like the way she was acting and how communicative she was was not genuine, and therefore I would never recommend people to go there and if somebody did want to go there, I would share this experience. It’s really not about the loss of the coffee maker—It’s more about seeing that she is two different people depending on when she’s trying to get your money versus when you’ve already paid.

My husband and I have visited the Ranch several times. We are always anxious to share this oasis with friends and family. The hosts are beyond generous and lovely people. We have stayed in spot that has a large gated yard for our pup. I even spent the night glamping in a huge tent under an old pepper tree and next to a long row of lavender. We are taking old friends there for the first time in February . Plan on visiting wineries and the Temecula olive farm just up the road. And the salt water pool area is sp peaceful and just an oasis. Ranch Life Getaway is a quiet peaceful slice of heaven. I have attended events there and hosted my own with 15+ overnight guests. Nicole is a fantastic host who focuses on the details that make each stay magical. Highly recommended for individuals looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, as well as groups for a retreat, getaway weekend, or just lounging in the pool and taking nature walks. Enjoy!

Ranch Life Getaway is an amazing place for a fun and relaxing getaway. The scenery is stunning, the lodging has everything you need and is decorated with a fun, cheerful vibe, and the saltwater pool is gorgeous. A bonus is that dogs are welcome and have a wide open area to run and play. The best part is the hosts–Nicole and Vince. They go way out of their way to welcome guests and make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend!
