If you’re searching for a safe, pet-friendly space where dogs can run and play, Ada Dog Park in Ada, Ohio, offers a convenient and accessible option for local pet owners. The park is well-fenced, ensuring your dog’s safety while they enjoy the open area to play off-leash. Pet parents appreciate the peace of mind thanks to the secure fencing and the reputation for friendly dogs in the community. The park is also wheelchair accessible, with proper entrances and parking for those with mobility needs.
While the park features a well-maintained grassy open space great for play, visitors mention that amenities are limited beyond the basics: local volunteers keep tennis balls stocked, and water bowls are provided for thirsty pups. Though there are no agility obstacles or covered shelters yet, Ada Dog Park is well-liked for its clean, safe experience. It’s a straightforward dog park ideal for those wanting a simple, welcoming environment for their four-legged family members.

We feel safe letting our dogs run. The fence is in good condition, and there’s not anywhere they can slip out.

It was a great place to take the kids (my puppies) they had a really great time.

It’s a better area then kenton that’s for sure. We feel safer going and the dogs are friendlier, in my opinion but there’s not alot besides an open area. Kinda wish the city would add some obstacles or something. Local keep the tennis balls full and theres water bowls but that’s about it.
