Fordham Park is a hidden gem nestled in a peaceful residential area of Aberdeen Township, NJ. Known for its scenic, paved walking paths along the waterfront, this pet-friendly park offers a relaxing escape with beautiful views of the bay and city skyline. Dog owners and families alike enjoy the open grassy spaces, benches, and shaded areas, making it a great spot for an afternoon stroll with your canine companion or a simple outdoor adventure.
The park features a modern playground, basketball court, and several benches and picnic tables under the trees, perfect for relaxing while your dog explores. Although the park is currently closed for construction, its well-lit pathways, trash bins, and security cameras make it a safe and comfortable place when open. Note that parking is street-only and can be challenging, and there are no restrooms on site, but a port-o-potty may occasionally be available.
