What is luxury about this complex I don’t get it my sister’s car got stolen, no security no proper place to park not even for residents, no matter how much we keep our apartment clean still roaches keep on coming nothing feels luxury here i so disappointed
Overpriced and they don’t care about their tenants doesn’t matter how long you have lived there. Please choose a different place. Fairfield is not it.
These reviews are telling. Looking for apartments to rent around the area, and will definitely be staying clear of Fairfield courtyard @ deer park, per everyone’s recommendations.
While I enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the most part, the way Fairfield handles their tenants when leaving is unacceptable. If you want to move out, they will nickle and dime you. I let them know 5 months in advance that I will be moving out, I signed a short term lease since I knew how long I needed. A respectful company would let you sign the couple months and leave, but not Fairfield. They added on a fee of 2 months if they don’t fill the apartment after you leave. There are no other options than signing a full year and breaking it which leads to them getting more money. Because of the way they handled the situation, it left me with a bad view of the company for an otherwise nice apartment complex. If you are OK with spending an excessive amount of fake fees, then this is the company for you.
Do not move here!! The PM is unprofessional in her duties w/respect to tenant complaints. The RA knowing I transferred here due to a medical issue puts me in an apt next to a chronic smoker who’s disgusting habit is constantly wafting through the walls, I can’t even open my patio door for his cigarette smoke assailing my nostrils. It took the maintenance staff 7 months after I transferred in to make & put up the handicap sign meanwhile other tenants were parking in the spot bc there’s no blue paint outline or wheelchair symbol and still are. I reported all incidents and to date still no reply. FFP is a disgrace they’re only looking to line their pockets; do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
