I love to see the families out at the park having fun with the kids. It was sunny 26 but felt like 16; however, I found it beautiful for a walk.
This park is simple subtle and peaceful for a quick view of the sunset over the water or even just for a quick meditation session. Sat here with my wife and I and watched the sunset with some nice drinks
I wasn’t there for long, I mainly passed by it but while walking it seemed very pleasant. There was a ton of space and nice trees, and everyone around seemed to be having a great time no matter what they were doing.
Yet one more huge, beautiful, accessible ♿️ Brooklyn park. Situated just next to the Fourth Avenue entrance to the Belt Parkway and extending north, it is huge, clean, and gorgeous. It descends, so be prepared for a long haul back to the street. Tennis courts, baseball fields, handball courts, dog park, bathrooms and picnic areas all included. Plus a spectacular view of the Verrazano, the Belt Parkway and the Narrows.

Multiple trails and open fields give it a nature-like atmosphere — you’ll often forget you’re still in NYC.
