Beautiful area. Nice little lake for kayaks, small boats. There is a porch swing and tire swing, picnic tables, lookout point, and place to put in the small boats/kayaks. There is a big, beautiful tree that the tire swing hangs on. Great place for photos. There is a bathroom area, and the picnic tables are covered. MUST HAVE PERMIT TO BE ON PREMICES.

A nice local spot. It is always my go-to when I need a little peace and quiet. It is not usually too crowded unless it’s being rented out for an event. The new restrooms are a great addition. It is kept clean. The lake is full of bluegill, but nothing too big. I’ve also pulled out a catfish once or twice. I enjoy watching the wildlife.

What a beautiful, well cared for, Lake. Kudos to all those responsible for the Lake’s upkeep. Also, nicer, cleaner bathrooms than you find in a lot of restaurants. Make sure you purchase your permit, at the Municipal Building, before heading out to enjoy the lake (NULL.00 per person).

This is one of the prettiest places. My husband and I got married out here and had many camp outs with friends and family here. It is one of my absolute favorite places. Really nice pavilion with new picnic tables and a nice swing, nice newly updated bathrooms. Everything is well taken care of! Perfect for a wedding, graduation party, family outing.

A great little lake for kayaking and fishing! Very quiet with nice scenery. Lots of wildlife to be seen too! The last time we were here there was a bald eagle flying around and perching in various trees the whole time.
