Haddie attended this daycare for 2 years. I had absolute confidence that she would be cared for and, yes, extremely doted on. She used to pull me toward the daycare when I walked her. I can not say enough about the fantastic staff, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. This business is one of the things I miss most about not being on Roosevelt Island. To the staff, thank you for all you do!
The place is clean and well maintained. The employees are very nice and attentive. My dog, Zimba feels relaxed after the grooming process. The groomer, Flor is very attentive to details and listen when you request a specific cut. Thank you all for your good work!

Sparky and I Love this place! I love that they have pick up, drop off and even overnights so I don’t have to worry if I’m working overnight or get called in for an emergency in the middle of the night!

So far I’m loving the way they take care of my precious Calvin, who’s very connected to me!
Unfortunately, Calvin injured his rear leg last year while on a trip, so he’s insecure with new people and new places.
However, I’ve found at Roosevelt Pups people who truly love animals and understand their needs, cause the way they organise their space is incredible!
They seem to have groups of dogs with size and energy levels! Calvin is not yet fully adapted, but that’s due to his insecurities with new people… I get daily videos of him walking around the island (which he LOVES), interacting with other dogs and being spoiled by the sweet Melissa, one of the staff members!
When I come in the morning to drop Calvin off, they’re always smiling greeting us, always willing to follow every step of our recommendations and specially keeping the place neat and cozy! 🥰
There are photos of the dogs at the lobby of the place and I can’t wait to have Calvin’s photo there, cause he’s going to be there while we are living nearby! 🥰
I was a bit insecure to leave Calvin at a new daycare, so I made so many recommendations and two misunderstandings happened, which were IMMEDIATELY addressed and corrected! They are 100% professionals and now I am so relieved to have found such place for my dog, who’s not just my best friend, he’s my son and he means my entirely world! 🥰🐾
