Clean quaint park along the water. Regular and baby swings. Small play structure for smaller toddlers and separate one for older kids.

This is called Margie St Park. You can find it on town of Hempstead website. The map’s “Oceanside mini park” is a nonsense name.
It has a playground, swings and basketball court. It has benches but no shade, tables, restrooms or water fountain/sprinkler. There is a 6′ chain link fence at the waterfront. The playground structures were replaced in approx 2022 and got new turf. In approx 2021, some of the baby swings were replaced with big kid swings so now there are a both baby swings and big kid swings.

Nice very little park
Toddlers can entertain for a bit
It must be refreshing in
Summer because is by the water.
But there is not much you can do there

Great park. My dog likes to go down the slides. Whoever said there aren’t any children’s swings and there are only baby swings is lying.
