Great BBQ at Avalon Rockville Centre! The staff did a wonderful job cooking and were so friendly & welcoming. The courtyard where it was held is so beautiful! I’m only living here a few months & finding this magnificent courtyard off the pool area at 100 Banks Avenue was such a surprise. On the way back, we stopped into the library at 80 Banks Avenue which also impressed us. This is such a terrific place to live and I’m so glad I moved here!
I’m really impressed with the maintenance workers & the ground work crew at the Avalon RVC. Samuel has been great in helping me navigate my way around the Avalon. He’s really helpful, respectful & always doing his job with professionalism. Any questions I have, Sammy always answers efficiently. His attentiveness to the pools cleanliness & needs makes the pool experience that much enjoyable. His hard work does not go unnoticed and I appreciate his dedication. 10/10
Tyler from Avalon RVC was very professional and timely in helping to replace our washer machine. He quickly ordered a new one and came to replace it as soon as possible. He left our personal belongings organized and where he found them. Very satisfied with his work.
I asked to have my carpets cleaned and got a quick response. Just a few days later, the crew came in and made the carpets looking brand new. The maintenance and building management team are awesome, super helpful and always quick to take care of anything that comes up. Really appreciate how on top of things they are!
