Nice park. The running track is only half a mile long but its easy to keep an eye on the playground while the kids play and has a nice gazebo to sit down in and drink some water. The parking is limited and often you have to park in a large gravel area away from the park proper but overall pretty nice. Could not find a water fountain, might not have lookes in the right places, so next visit will do more a better exploration.
Super nice facility for kids to learn about the game of baseball, plus a wonderful playground! The entire park is totally accessible with walkways, paving and ramps. Playground equipment is designed for any kid to play and have a great time. A new load of mulch would be helpful in keeping the ground drier.
Baseball fields are meticulously maintained and have accessible components for spectators and players. Dugouts are covered to keep athletes dry or shaded, depending on the weather.
An extra bonus of a half mile walking path circles the entire complex and is paved as well. It’s apparent that this is well supported by the community by the number of business signs lining the fences.
If your child is just learning to love the sport of baseball, or you just want to have an accessible place for your kids to play, this is the spot you’ve been looking for!
Love this little park. People are so friendly. A great place to spend a Saturday during base ball season. I’ve been going here going on 2 decades and love it.
This is a great little park. It has three baseball fields, a walking track and a children’s playground. The walking track is why I visit. It’s a concrete walking path just shy of half a mile per lap. It’s flat and level and never crowded.
A great small city park with a paved walking trail surrounding a baseball park. Picnic area is available with charcoal grills, restroom facilities on-site, and a small creek flows nearby.
