This place is a must for us every time we go to Killington. The soups are absolutely delicious (haven’t had the hot dogs yet because I love the soups so much) and very filling. The owner is so friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations. We recently stopped in on our arrival day just a few minutes before closing to grab some frozen soups for the week. Because we were the last customer of the day he gave us the rest of the fresh chicken jalapeño soup he had in the pot since along with a bunch of fresh bread and cheese. After a long drive on a single digit and windy day it really hit the spot. My son who doesn’t normally love soup ate about 3 servings of it because it was so good!

Stopped by on a Monday after a day of skiing. Soup was hot and soothing to the soul. I wouldn’t think to pair a hotdog with a soup by it works! And they’re Nathan’s, even better!! Owner makes all soups and is a great host. Skip the mediocre killington restaurants and stop by Soup Dog for amazing food with a great atmosphere. 10/10 would return!!!!

Soupdog is the gem of Killington dining. I’ve been coming to soup dog every single season since 2022 where I decided to find a soup place after busting my lip from a bad fall. The owners did the absolute most to help and were so kind.

The food quality, friendly prices, and warm environment can’t be found at any other place on the mountain. I’m so happy to see soupdog gain all the recognition it deserves.

Also, the Chili is perfect.

Soup dog is a literal hidden gem, you see the sign but it’s all the way in the back so it feels like a little treasure hunt. After skiing you want a place to grab something hearty that makes you melt all that snow fatigue away? This is the place. Home-made soup, tasty hot dogs, reasonable pricing, awesome bundles, and a nice vibe. I love this place, and as a soup fan they did not disappoint, even add a hot dog and a drink and that’s all I need apres ski. 100% recommend, it was so good! Also did I mention they do different soups daily?? That’s awesome! Vegetarian options available as well! I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the Hawaiian dog.

Behind the resteraunt Dominic’s there is a small gem, Matt owns and runs this restaurant with pride. I had the Meatball Mozzarella soap. Great tomato based soap with wedding soup type meatballs and mozzarella sprinkled on top. The chilli dog was great with a fresh tasty bun that you should eat with a fork and knife. Both Enjoyable!

Matt prepares it fresh and you can eat there, take out, or buy frozen soup to heat up at home.. My wife likes plain hot dogs and enjoyed them but does preferred grilled or fried hot dogs. If you’re that type, friggen put something on them!

Both Gibson and Banjo endorses Soup Dog! Two thumbs up if they had them.
