Contains 3 great baseball fields and one of the best sledding hills in the area! The gravel/rock parking lot and dirt drive can be a bit rough at times.
Nice park, playground is more for younger kids (under 9 years old) and isn’t very large. Baseball diamonds in good shape. Parking lot is mostly gravel. There’s a soccer field that needs some work with the grass. Three Porta-potties and a small pavilion available.
Went sledding on the giant hill, depending on where you go on it, there’s a gentle slope, or a steep one with a slight jump at the bottom. Came here just to sled, there was snow, so 5 stars just for being able to do what was intended.
Jesse Decker Park is really nice for a quick and easy sledding session with your kids in Winter. We were there on a very wintery Sunday annit was not too busy. Parking very close to the hill. Of course…very short ride with a sled…but also climbingthe hill is fast…so perfect for (smaller) kids.
Absolutely amazing place to sled.
Not to mention the amazing park as a whole.
Highly recommend to all ages
