It’s clean and the staff have lots of activities for the puppers.Teddy always has such a good time when he is at Dogtopia and the staff are so good with all the dogs. Every time he spends the day playing, he has a happy smile on his face and doesn’t want to leave!! We love Dogtopia and the fun activities they plan for the dogs.
My dog Bunny really loves this daycare. She is very social and wants interaction. The staff is always so nice to her. They seem to really think about how to make daycare work better for her. I know they work hard because Bunny is high energy. I love the food bowls and the salon services. Everything is affordable and well done. They put a lot of effort into this. Bunny also loved her Scruffy trophy. So much fun!
My 12 years better Boston has visited 2x. Both occasions I was pleased. In both instances the Nest cam for her was not working. I called and was able to get them to do what it took to get it working. It’s half the coolness of the Dogtopia experience imo.
We love our pets and I appreciate that my Boston was safe and sound.
5 stars for daycare. I cannot speak to overnight. Personally my family didn’t feel comfortable that there is no human for the overnight boarding. Not sure if that’s location based or Dogtopia as a whole.
I have been taking my standard poodle to Dogtopia for over 3 years. I will NOT BE GOING BACK to Dogtopia in Bloomfield Hills EVER AGAIN!!!! My dog was boarded over Memorial Day weekend. I looked on the cameras all day on Friday hoping to get a glimpse of him .. then it became a check of cameras every 30 minutes or so on Saturday .. my dog was never on camera !!!! I called Dogtopia and asked why i did not see my dog ever. I was told those were daycare dogs and there was only one training in on the Holiday weekend so the boarded dogs only get to go outside for a short time (less than an hour). ) The BOARDED DOGS WERE CRATED FOR 23+ HOURS!!!!! AND THE TRAINER AND RECEPTIONIST WERE LEAVING FOR THE NIGHT!!!! Think long and hard before you use this facility!
Our dogs love playing at Dogtopia. The staff is great – very friendly and professional. And the manager Gina is so focused on ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
