My 2 granddaughter had a blast..lots of other kids..thick soft grass..hills to climb and side walk chalk art work..lol..however there was plenty of trash around the parking area and thru out the park. Lazy people irritate the hell out me. Lets keep our TRASH in the TRASH CAN..Everyone will appreciate it…thank you.

This is a pretty park with many maple trees. The trees were currently tapped to collect the sap for making maple syrup. The Nashville Maple Syrup Association is next to the park and were in the process when we were there. Nature is amazing! The syrup is delicious, beautiful and loved by many! As a personal note, I helped my dad make syrup in this very building when I was a kid. I filled many, many bottles to be sold for the community. It was wonderful to be back again – and the warm sample we tasted was pure deliciousness! ❤️
