Nice place l have been going there for over 50 years
When road-tripping through the area, we always make a stop at Trumble Park. It’s a short distance from the interstate, but is convenient when also stopping for food and gas.
Parking is on the street on the north side of the park, but normally there are plenty of spaces available.
The park features a wide open grassy area, with a pavilion and tables. There are also two playground areas, some swings, a beach volleyball court and a number of basketball courts on the south side. Most of the equipment is in decent shape, but the restrooms leave a lot to be desired. But most of all it’s a quiet and comfortable spot to relax for awhile.
Great park in the middle of Durand, parking is on the street so if you’re using the pavilion for a party just keep that in mind. Tables were decent some need repair but most were ok. The restrooms are the worst part of the park and need to be upgraded or at the very least cleaned.
