I sat in the car enjoying the majesty of the trees and the water. When I decided to get closer, I saw the beauty of the sky with the white clouds and it almost looks as if the sky is touching the water. I love the beautifulness of what God created, so calming and just beautiful, you have to and see for yourself.

Nice, clean and well kept park. Plenty of benches and picnic tables. Playscape and swing sets. Fishing pier. Concession stand and restrooms. 2 picnic pavilions.
This is such a great park. There is fishing, a great pier, benches- lots of freighter traffic to watch… playgrounds, walking trails… this made me love DOWNRIVER.
