DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY DO NOT FIX WORK ORDERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. MY WASHER HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR GOING ON 3-4 WEEKS. Our ceiling leaked and it took them 3 weeks to give us new cabinets.
I keep getting the run around on all work orders. Nothing is a priority. Management doesn’t call back. Maintenance came into the unit but never fixed anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I’ve been living here for just over six months now, and overall it’s been a really good experience. When I first thought about moving here, I was a little nervous. It was a new area far away from family, I didn’t know anybody. Princess was amazing. She was super kind, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything to me during my tour in a way that made the thought of moving in a lot less stressful. She explained the difference between classic units, renovated units, and helped me find what works best for me. Honestly, she made me feel right at home from the start.
Just recently, I had to call the office about a couple of maintenance issues, and Princess helped me out again. She got the requests in right away and was super helpful and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here.
Little things like that make a big difference.
Shoutout to Princess! I was greeted and given a tour without any hesitation or an appointment. She was patient, kind, and listened to all that I needed when it came to looking for a new place to call home. The apartments show a lot of promise and are affordable friendly. If you do decide to give this place a chance, I can confidently say that Princess will take care of you!! Thanks again Princess, I truly appreciate the time you took to show me around!
